This course empowers learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively handle productivity plans and initiatives. It enables them to devise recommendations for enhancing productivity by creatively applying existing concepts, ideas, or technologies within a business context.

\Who should attend:
- This course is recommended for executive supervisory, Supervisor and Manager who has supervisory responsibilities.
- From 1 Sep 2022, employers must meet the Progressive Wage Model requirements in order to renew existing work passes or apply for new work passes. The Progressive Wage Model (PWM) for retail workers was developed by the Tripartite Cluster for Retail Industry (TCR).
The is a training requirement whereby - Employers must ensure that their Singapore citizen and PR retail workers meet the retail PWM training requirements of attending at least 1 Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) training module out of the list of approved courses.
- 16 hours (13 Hours Physical or Zoom Classroom, 2 hours Assessment, e-Learning 1.0 Hours)
- Mini Lectures, interactive activities, group discussions, case studies, presentations and assessments/tests will be used to enable participants to effectively absorb and retain the concepts and applications of productivity improvement in the workplace

Minimum Entry Requirement:
- Minimum Entry Requirement• GCE 'O' level Credit (at least C6) in English and Mathematics or Workplace Literacy and Numer-acy (WPLN) score: Level 6 for Reading, Listening and Numeracy; and
- (OR) With at least 3 years supervisory/managerial working experience in retail or Professional/Managerial/Management Executive (PME) position in non-retail sector
